Cut into long sections.

Wash the green and red peppers and remove the heads.
-
Cut into pieces about the same length as celery.

Cut the side dishes and put them on the plate. Cut the beef tenderloin into strips. Season with salt and pepper, then add sweet potato starch and coat evenly.
-
After the olive oil is slightly heated in the pan, add the beef tenderloin.
-
Stir-fry until the color changes evenly.
-
Add green and red peppers and stir-fry.
-
Stir-fry to bring out the spiciness and stir-fry evenly with the beef.
-
Add the celery segments and stir-fry together.
-
In order to reduce the fat intake, I put very little oil, so I can speed up the stir-frying with a little water.
-
After adding the water, cover the pot for one minute to allow the celery to cook.
-
Add salt to taste.
