  1. First wash the surface of the eggs with clean water, put water in a pot to heat and cook the eggs for about 15 minutes

  2. Prepare materials. Unpack the tea leaves, add star anise leaves, cinnamon ginger slices and put them in a basin for later use

  3. After the eggs are cooked, take them out and rinse them with cold water, then use a spoon or your hands to pinch out the cracks in the shells. Add cold water to the pot again
