Overview
I have been busy with work for a long time, so I just want to cook something simple. In addition, the weather in Kunming is slowly getting hotter. Cold dishes have become the main dish on my family's dinner table recently. I learned this recipe of grilled eggplant with cold sauce from my mother. In the past, my mother always cooked eggplant, spicy peppers, and various plant ingredients. After cooking, it was served cold. Our Lincang style is so delicious. I don't like eggplant at first, but I like it very much when it's cooked. It's sour and spicy.
