Coconut Pear Syrup

Coconut Pear Syrup

Overview

My aunt went back to Jieyang before and asked me what ingredients I wanted to bring. I thought about it and asked her to bring me some ingredients for making soup. When my aunt came back, there was a big box full of ingredients for me. They were all dry ingredients and easy to store. Among them were two very fluffy bags. I didn’t understand them at first, but then I took them out and smelled the slightly coconut scent. After calling my aunt, she said they were sea coconut flakes, best used for making soup. It's great with pork ribs, black-bone chicken, or pear. I used sea coconut flakes to stew pork ribs before, and my kid liked it very much. Yesterday, my father said it was a bit hot, so I thought about using sea coconut flakes to stew pears. As soon as I thought about it, I went to prepare the ingredients, two pears, a small handful of coconut flakes, and a large bowl of water. The stewed sugar water is really refreshing and moist. If you like it, you can also refer to it. The sugar water I have today has no added sugar, and the taste is light, just a simple fruity sweetness. If you like sweet things, you can add an extra piece of rock sugar, which will make it even sweeter.
