Stir the starch evenly, wrap it in plastic wrap, and put it in the refrigerator to wait for the flavor. Time 2 to 3 hours.

Take out the delicious chicken cutlets and coat both sides with bread crumbs.

Add oil to the pot, turn to low heat after the oil is hot, and add the chicken chops into the pot. Fry until golden brown on both sides. You can prick it with chopsticks. If it can pass through, it's done.
