Cut the cabbage into appropriate sizes and marinate it with salt. I like to cut and prepare it this way. It is convenient when eating. The onions, ginger and garlic are ready.

Prepare apples and pears to peel.

Put the apples and pears into a food processor and puree them. Add the onion, ginger, and garlic into the food processor and puree them. Mix.

Add an appropriate amount of Korean chili noodles, I chose coarse ones, and stir evenly.

Pour the pickled cabbage into the mixed chili peppers, mix well, and put it in a sealed box for about two days.

If you prefer not to cut it, you can pickle it whole. It depends on your personal preference. The advantage of this is that you don’t need to cut it when eating.
