Heat the eggs, condensed milk, marshmallow and honey over water until saccharified.

Add the sifted low-gluten flour, matcha powder, BP and BS together to form a dough and let it rest for 1 hour.

Divide the dough and filling into 15 equal parts

Flatten the dough, add the filling, and shape into a ball.

Make a small hole and insert a clove into the baking pan

Brush the surface with milk 2 times.

Bake at 190℃ for upper heat and 100℃ for lower heat for about 18-20 minutes
