Loach soup
Overview
In summer, children sweat too much, or have night sweats or weak sweats. Drinking this soup can reduce sweat and is very curative. Both adults and children can drink it.

Buy fresh loach, put it in a basket, drain it and sprinkle some salt to remove the mucus on the loach.

Peel the yam and cut into sections, soak the yam for 10 minutes.

After washing off the mucus on the loach, add a little oil to the pot, fry the ginger slices, then pour the loach into the pot and stir-fry until slightly brown.

Put the fried loach into the soup pot together with ginger slices, yam, Cishi, and barley. Turn to high heat for 10 minutes, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 40-50 minutes. Add salt to taste.
