Oil-free Kuaishou Jackfruit Core Whole Wheat Sweet Potato Bread
Overview
It is rare to make a full batch at once. Just because I saw that it was pure whole wheat flour and there were a lot of sweet potatoes. A small bowl of chestnuts? The concept of a small bowl is too vague, so it was finally converted into 80 grams of jackfruit core. The jackfruit core is not as round as a chestnut, so cut it in half to resemble the shape. Two drops of white vinegar, no. Take 3 grams of lemon juice to make up the number. It's said to be bread, but it's actually made the same way as muffins. Not a lot of sugar, just basically sweet potato and whole wheat flavor. The jackfruit core is just a supporting role, embedded in the bread, and seems to have no special feeling. Not bad, very solid and low calorie bread. . . .
