Cut the beans into sections with a diagonal knife.

Cut pork into strips.

Heat oil in a pan, add pork and stir-fry until fragrant, add garlic slices and chopped green onion, stir-fry for a few times, add in green beans, add salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, chicken essence, oil, add water and bring to a boil, just enough to cover the beans.

After the fire comes to a boil, turn to medium-low heat, spread the noodles on top of the beans, cover with a lid, and simmer the noodles until cooked. Shake the noodles a few times to prevent them from sticking together.

When the noodles are simmered, turn up the heat to thicken the soup, pour an appropriate amount of vinegar and sesame oil along the edge of the pot, turn off the heat and mix the noodles evenly.
