Braised pork ribs
Overview
After eating light side dishes for a few days, the girl started clamoring for braised dishes. Today’s short ribs were good, made with thick oil and red sauce, and a few eggs were added to simmer them into sauce and eggs~an authentic local dish!

Add cooking wine and ginger slices to the small ribs and blanch them first.

Boil the eggs first and peel them for later use.

Cinnamon, fennel and ginger garlic.

Rinse the blanched chops in cold water.

Add oil to the pot and stir-fry the garlic and ginger first.

Add the short ribs and stir-fry.

Add cooking wine.

Add cinnamon and fennel.

Add boiled and peeled eggs.

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce.

Add an appropriate amount of dark soy sauce.

Add appropriate amount of sugar.

Stir well and add an appropriate amount of water, cover the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium to low heat and simmer slowly until the flavor is absorbed.

Simmer until the soup is slightly dry and the short ribs and eggs are fragrant.
