Spaghetti with Tomato Bolognese Sauce
Overview
When it comes to pasta sauce, each family has its own unique recipe, as long as it suits your taste! I think especially the tomato meat sauce flavor, it’s actually quite difficult to make it taste unpalatable! Hahaha, if you are lazy, you can buy ready-made pasta sauce like me, and you won’t go wrong!

Steps
-
Wash and dice onions, carrots and tomatoes and set aside. Wash and chop garlic and set aside. Set aside pasta, meat filling, and pasta sauce. I have chopped celery and frozen it in the refrigerator. It is better to use fresh celery, and dice it for later use.
-
Prepare olive oil, cracked black pepper, and cheese powder. (There is also a sugar bowl in the photo, but I didn’t use it because the pasta sauce was already sweet enough.)
-
Boil a pot of water and cook as much pasta as you want. The sauce I made today is enough for 4 plates of noodles.
-
After the noodles are cooked, pour them into cold water, then add an appropriate amount of olive oil and mix well.
-
Heat a pan with cold oil. Once the oil is hot, reduce the heat to medium-low, add the minced meat and stir-fry until it changes colour.
-
Then add onions and garlic and saute until fragrant.
-
Then add carrots and celery and stir-fry.
-
Add tomatoes and stir-fry until soft and tender.
-
Add pasta sauce and stir-fry.
-
Add cracked black pepper. (Ground black pepper will taste better than black pepper powder)
-
Add cheese powder. Then add a little water, cover the pot and simmer for a while, being careful not to burn the pot.
-
When the soup thickens, add the pasta and stir-fry evenly. (Personally, I like to stir-fry the noodles before taking them out of the pan. The sauce will be more evenly coated and flavorful. If you don’t like it, you can put the pasta directly on the plate and pour the sauce on it!)

Okay, it’s time to put it on the plate and take it out of the pot!
