Cold cucumber
Overview
The cucumber used today is a fresh cucumber with flowers. It is about the same thickness as chopsticks, has a green color and a crisp and tender texture. The flowers here are not picked off. You can add them to the dish with the flowers or stir-fry them. The finished product is very satisfying.
