Super cute Kumamon toast
Overview
What the whole family, from my grandparents to my brothers, sisters and brothers, all love to eat is toast! Toast is a delicacy enjoyed by all ages. So I especially love baking bread for the whole family. The warmest picture is the family sitting together, eating the toast I made myself, watching TV, and constantly praising me for the delicious toast. I am so proud!

Melt the dark chocolate over water and add milk to form a mixed liquid

Put all the ingredients except butter into a bread pan. Wait until the dough becomes chewy, add butter, and then knead until it is complete.

Put the kneaded dough into a warm and moist place for fermentation. When it has doubled in size, take it out, deflate it, round it and put it into a bear mold.

Cover the toast mold and ferment for the second time until the mold is 7.8% full. Put it in the oven at 160 degrees and bake for 45 minutes.

After baking, remove the lid and bear toast is ready!

After the toast is cool, stand it up and slice it. Then decorate it with cheese slices, carrot slices, and melted chocolate sauce to make a Kumamon bear
