Overview
I went to Hua Supermarket to buy salted duck eggs, expecting red salted egg yolks, but I was disappointed. They were not as good as my own salted eggs. But the taste is still quite good. The sliced barbecued pork is like copper coins, beautiful and delicious.

Crack the salted duck eggs into a bowl and take only the salted egg yolks and set aside.

Cut the sandwich meat into large strips.

Use a sharp knife to pierce the hole from the middle of one end without piercing the other end.

Stuff the salted egg yolk into the hole.

Seal the opening with a toothpick.

Add the marinade to the cooked meat.

Knead evenly with your hands and marinate for 1 night.

Place the marinated meat into the roasting pan and pour in the marinade.

Wrap it in tin foil, place it in a preheated oven, and bake it at 375 degrees Fahrenheit/190 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes. Sealed baking is equivalent to steaming, which can maintain the moisture in the meat.

When done, pour out the sauce and place the meat on the grill.

Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes to brown.
