Wash and chop the Northeastern pickled cabbage. If you don’t have green onions, just cut a few onions

Mince lean meat, you can use minced meat

Pour oil into the pan, add ginger, chili segments and minced meat and stir-fry

Add light soy sauce and pepper powder and stir well

Add pickled cabbage foam and continue stir-frying

Add broth or water, add more soup to cover the sauerkraut, add a little more salt than stir-fry vegetables and cook for 5 to 10 minutes,
