Blueberry yogurt cake
Overview
This is a cake that I have often made since I made my own yogurt. The texture is refreshing and non-greasy, comparable to light cheese. It is not burdensome to eat. Summer is here and the meat cannot be hidden. This cake can still be eaten to your heart's content. I used my color and fragrant mango yogurt recipe. I changed it to blueberries. I really like the texture of blueberries after baking. The cake needs to be refrigerated overnight before eating. It tastes like happiness

Egg yolk and egg white separation

Beat the egg yolks evenly, then add salad oil and stir evenly

Add homemade yogurt

Sift the cake flour

Mix the egg yolk batter evenly and set aside

Add a small amount of salt to the egg whites, add sugar in batches and beat until stiff peaks

Take one third of the egg white and mix it evenly into the egg yolk batter

Mix well and pour it back into the original egg white batter, mix evenly

Pour into mold

Place blueberries on the surface, use the water bath method, put it in a preheated oven at 150 degrees, and bake for 55-60 minutes. Refrigerate overnight to taste
