Wuchang Fish Steamed Golden Cabbage
Overview
This year my family especially likes to eat this kind of golden cabbage. We call it golden cabbage here. As the name suggests, it is also named because of its golden color. This kind of cabbage is indeed worthy of its name. It is very delicious, fresh and tender without strings, and becomes very soft after steaming and stewing. It is especially suitable for the elderly and will not clog your teeth at all.

Slaughter and wash the Wuchang fish and remove the fins. Prepare golden cabbage

Cut the fish into 12 mm thick sections, add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, shredded ginger, and pepper, mix well, and marinate for 5 minutes.

Golden cabbage only needs leaves, don’t touch them, clean them and control the moisture

Spread the cabbage on the bottom of the plate and sprinkle with a little salt, just enough to cover the cabbage.

Steam over high heat for 8 minutes, then steam without opening for another 3 minutes.
