Overview
Love shortbread is a cookie I made as a first-time mother. The love between hearts, the love for children, and the love for family members are all emotions that come from the heart.

Pour 100 grams of flour and 100 grams of cornstarch into the basin

Take 3 egg yolks and smash them with a spoon

Add a spoonful of white sesame seeds to the egg yolks.

Add 50 grams of white sugar and stir evenly

Pour the mixed egg yolks into the flour bowl and stir evenly again.

Pour the oil and water into the basin respectively, stirring while pouring. The ratio of oil to water is about 1:1.

Mix well and knead into a dough, then place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes

Take out the dough from the refrigerator, use a rolling pin to roll it into a thick piece of dough, and use your heart to mold it into a heart shape

Place the pressed heart-shaped cookies on a non-stick baking pan

Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake on the middle and upper racks for about 25 minutes.
