Prepare all ingredients

Wash and drain chicken breasts

Use a knife to cut the flesh into slices from the thick edge to the middle

Use the back of a knife to break up the tissue fibers of the chicken

Add a little salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, black pepper and lemon juice and marinate for about 1 hour

Take it out and spread it with cheese slices, close the other slice and press the edges tighter

Apply cornstarch evenly on both sides and pat off excess dry flour

Dip into the egg mixture and soak both sides
