Corn and celery leaf pancakes
Overview
My husband always has to socialize outside several nights a week, so I make him a bowel cleansing meal containing whole grains and fiber once a week. For this celery cake, I added yeast to make the cake more noisy.

Squeeze out the water from the blanched celery leaves.

Chop into fine pieces.

Add chopped green onion.

Add salt, yeast, appropriate amount of water and form a flour-free dough, and let it rise for half an hour.

Brush the electric baking pan with a little oil, preheat and add the celery leaf cake.

Fry until both sides of the biscuits are cooked and remove from the pan.
