Curry Udon
Overview
I have wanted to eat curry for a long time, but since there is no such restaurant in my area, I thought of making it myself. Because I live in a dormitory and don’t have certain kitchen utensils, the pot I made this time is a student pot left over from college. Normal curry is often paired with rice, but I don’t have the conditions to cook dry rice. At the same time, I also wanted to try udon noodles, so I made this curry udon dish.

Steps
-
Cut various vegetables into cubes, then add oil to the pan, add various vegetables and stir-fry.
-
Stir-fry to a certain extent and add water to the pot. Because it is a student pot, cook it for a longer time.
-
Add the curry and stir constantly. The bottom of the student pot is easy to stick to the pot. Because I don’t know when I can cook the curry again, I put the whole box in. For the specific dosage, please refer to the instructions on the curry package.
-
After boiling the water, add the udon noodles. The udon noodles will cook easily. Take them out after they are cooked.
-
Pour the fragrant curry over the cooked udon noodles and you're done.
