Home cooking: Stir-fried beef with garlic

Overview

Some time ago, children were particularly greedy for meat, but recently it's just the opposite. Sometimes they try to eat more, and sometimes they don't eat at all. The child is now growing up, and if he doesn’t eat, he is worried about not being able to keep up with nutrition, so he can only think of ways to change his cooking methods. I usually don’t have much time to go to work, so dinner in the evening is relatively simple and light. I occasionally cook some meat, mostly pork or fish, and occasionally chicken legs or wings. I rarely cook beef and mutton. Recently, I saw that the children don’t like meat, so I asked my grandpa to buy some beef to see if he didn’t like it either. Unexpectedly, he still liked it after making it. It turns out that it’s not that he doesn’t eat meat. It’s probably because he has been unable to attract food temptations by repeating similar dishes.
