Mapo shrimp tofu

I bought Mapo Tofu Sauce. My family doesn’t like spicy food, so I chose the slightly spicy one.

pieces of firm tofu.

Cut into small cubes.

Thaw the shrimp in lightly salted water.

Chop green onions.

Mapo Tofu Sauce 1 pack.

Heat the oil in the casserole.

Pour in mapo tofu sauce and stir-fry.

Add tofu and bring to a boil. (Stir gently halfway to prevent sticking to the pan.)

Add shrimp and cook.

Cook until the shrimp changes color and roll up.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve.

Mildly spicy to go with rice.
