  1. Pour the washed small potatoes into boiling water and cook.

  3. Rinse the cooked small potatoes with cold water, remove the skin by pinching them with your hands, pound the garlic into minced garlic, cut the chilli padi into thin rings, and chop the green onion into finely chopped green onions.
