Slice the tenderloin, add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce and water starch, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

Peel and wash the kale and the green onions.

Slice kale and scallions into sections.

Heat the oil in a pan, add the meat slices and fry until they change color.

Add additional oil to the pot, add kale and fry until cooked.
