Overview
When I was sorting things out, I suddenly discovered that I had not used the few small molds I had bought before. I just happened to be making bread, so I could use them to try out the non-stick effect. I didn’t bother to shape them, so I just stuffed a few pieces of dough into the molds. Finally, the non-stick effect is really good, it really doesn’t stick at all~~The baking and coloring effect in the oven is still great~~ Ingredients: Dough: 250g high-gluten flour, 35g fine sugar, 3g salt, 3g yeast, 35g egg liquid, 140g milk, 25g butter. Pour the main dough ingredients except butter into the mixing barrel, secure the barrel and beat it into a ball
