Soak the dried mushrooms to moisten them in advance, drain the water and cut the caps into cubes. Wash the chicken breasts, cut into cubes and set aside.

Add the diced chicken breasts with ginger slices, light soy sauce, salt, sugar, starch and oil to taste, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.

After washing the japonica rice, put it into a container, pour in appropriate amount of boiling water and soak it for 30 minutes.

Put it in the microwave, cover it with a special perforated lid, heat it on high heat for 10 minutes, and take it out.

Spread the diced mushrooms on the rice, top with the marinated diced chicken breast, and drizzle with a little sesame oil.

Cover, place in microwave, cook on high heat for another 5 minutes, take out.
