  4. Take a chopstick and insert it into the thicker part of the chicken. It will be done when it can be inserted easily and there is no blood (about 15 minutes, depending on the size of the chicken)

  5. While steaming the chicken, you can prepare the shallots. Clean and chop the shallots

  6. Heat a spoonful of oil in the pan, turn off the heat, and use the remaining heat to sauté the shallots until fragrant

  7. Add a small spoonful of sugar

  8. Add 1 tablespoon steamed fish soy sauce
