Scallion oil dough pancake
Overview
The main method of making scallion pancakes is oil pancakes. This kind of pancake becomes hard after cooling and is only suitable for fresh cooking and eating. This time I used fermented dough to make a scallion pancake, which tastes very good. It is very suitable for the elderly to eat. Even if it is cold, after reheating, it will regain the taste when it was freshly cooked.
