Pan-fried Basa Fish Steak
Overview
The Harthsun steak frying pan is an enamel pan that I have been growing up. This pan is cast iron, thickened and uncoated, so it is very safe to use. The horizontal stripes on the bottom are not only convenient for frying, but also make the finished product more beautiful. It's called a steak frying pan, but it can not only fry steaks, but also make so many delicious foods with it. Today I used it to fry a pangasius fish steak. The pangasius fillet used has no spines and the meat is very tender. It is suitable for all ages. The bread crumbs are yellow, and the fried product is golden in color, and the fried strips look very appetizing.
