Wash the sea crabs, slice the ginger and set aside.

Heat the pan with cold oil and saute the ginger until fragrant.

Then add the sea crab and fry until it changes color.

Add a large amount of cooking wine and a little hot water, put the crab shell side down, cover the pot and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes. Be careful not to let the water dry out during the process.
