Yellow croaker, cleaned.

Drain the water with kitchen paper and place on a long plate.

Cut some ginger and green onion into sections.

Place green onions under the fish and shredded ginger on the fish.

Put the fish into the steamer, pour the light soy sauce into the saucepan, steam with the fish, and steam over high heat for 8 minutes.

Take out the steamed fish and pour away the soup from the steamed fish.

Spread the green onion and red pepper on top of the fish.

Heat appropriate amount of peanut oil.

Pour the hot oil over the fish, then top with the steamed light soy sauce, and it's done.
