Quick Dinner: Tomato and Mushroom Noodles

With this weather lately, I really don’t want to go into the kitchen. It's like a great steaming and grilling experience. Simply make a bowl of noodles for dinner, it’s nutritious and tastes great.

Add oil to the wok, stir-fry onion and ginger until fragrant, add seafood mushrooms and stir-fry.

Cut the tomatoes into cubes and add to the pot to stir-fry the soup. Simmer over low heat for about three minutes.

Put an appropriate amount of boiling water in the pot, add noodles and cook, add light soy sauce and salt to taste. Sprinkle chopped garlic and lightly grind sesame oil before serving.

Sprinkle with chives, and a simple and quick bowl of tomato and mushroom noodles is completed.
