Scrambled eggs with black fungus and cress
Overview
I still have some steamed buns at home, so I use them to scramble eggs and add some black fungus. You can also eat them with steamed buns and a bowl of porridge. It’s delicious. Cress is also called celery, celery, and wild celery. Wild celery clears away heat and dispels fire. It contains high iron content and is a good vegetable for patients with iron deficiency anemia. Ingredients: 25 grams of cress, 10 grams of black fungus, 2 eggs, 2 grams of salt, appropriate amount of cooking oil, appropriate amount of fish sauce. A little rice vinegar. 6 pieces of steamed buns
