Just knead it into a smooth dough.

Next, it’s time to wake up the dough. When it doubles in size, add more oil and knead it three times.

Place the noodles on the board, roll them into thin slices, cut them into small sections, stack the two pieces together and press them from the middle with chopsticks before placing them in the pot.

Add oil to the pot between 150 and 165 and it's almost done.
