Peel the carrots and cut into shreds.

Wash the duck eggs.

Knock into bowl.

Add a little salt and beat it up.

Heat a pot and add a little oil, pour in the duck egg liquid, turn it over and mash it into pieces with a shovel, take it out of the pot and set aside. Add the remaining oil from the fried duck eggs, then add the shredded carrots and season with salt and light soy sauce. Stir the shredded carrots a few times until they soften. Continue pouring in the duck eggs and mix well.
