Snow lotus, loofah and crucian carp soup
Overview
My son never drinks soup with loofah in it. I was afraid that he would do the same this time. I only gave him half a bowl, and I didn’t dare to say that there was a part of loofah in it. But this time it was different. After he drank it, he came to me and asked me if there was any more.

Prepare materials

Cut snow lotus, loofah and carrot into large pieces evenly

Pour salad oil into the rice cooker, press the cooking button, and sauté the ginger slices

Put in the crucian carp, cover it, and fry the fish in the pot for a while

Pour in appropriate amount of hot water, first add snow lotus and carrot cubes

Press the cooking button and simmer the soup until it becomes thick and white, add the loofah pieces

Continue to simmer for about 10 minutes and add salt to taste
