Overview

This cookie is crispy and sweet, melts in your mouth, is filled with almond flour, covered in chocolate, and dipped in crushed peanuts. Once you eat it, you won’t be able to stop eating it!

  1. Prepare ingredients,

  2. Warm milk and sugar and mix well (hot milk melts sugar easily)

  3. Use an electric mixer to beat the butter until it becomes light in color

  4. Add milk, sugar and water in three batches, beating thoroughly each time!

  5. Sift in the flour, (I just took it out, sorry) add the almond flour, salt and mix well with a spatula!

  6. Put it into a piping bag! Cut a slit in the bag,

  7. Place greased paper on a baking sheet and squeeze out cookie dough of one size! Preheat oven

  8. Place in the middle layer, heat up and down to 170 degrees for 15 minutes, and the biscuits are colored! Stay and watch!

  9. Take out and let cool

  10. Melt the chocolate in the microwave, coat the baked biscuit with a layer of chocolate, and then dip it in chopped peanuts. (If you like chopped peanuts, you can search for the recipe in my recipe!) It tastes delicious and crispy! Can't stop at all!
