Whole grain braised rice
Overview
Nowadays, people pay attention to health care, and it is good to eat more whole grains. For office workers, they not only need to eat whole grains, but also save trouble and time, so I stew sweet potatoes, corn and even various beans and rice together and eat them as staple food, which saves time and nutrition. The stewed rice I made today was made with potatoes and sweet corn, which is also fruit corn. I still have half of the big taro I bought earlier, which I also used to stew the rice.
