Knead the flour with warm water. The water temperature is about as hot as your hands. Stir while adding water until the flour is fluffy and there is no dry powder. After mixing, cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Chop the cabbage and leeks into mince, pick out the shrimp threads and intestines from the green shrimp and cut into small pieces.

Pour water into the meat filling and stir until slightly thick. Add cabbage, leeks, shrimps, shrimp skin, minced green onions, salt and soy sauce, then add oil and stir evenly.

Shape into dumpling wrappers.

Wrap the dumplings and put them in a pot of boiling water. After the water boils, add water and repeat three times to remove them.
