Prepare the ingredients

Add granulated sugar to milk and beat until melted

Crack in the whole eggs and add light cream and condensed milk

Use a hand mixer to beat until completely combined

Sieve twice to filter out impurities

Pour the egg tart water into the tart shell 80% full

Preheat the oven to 200° for 5 minutes, put in the egg tarts and bake for 20 minutes

The tart crust is crispy and delicious, and the inside is smooth and sweet
