Overview
Children like to eat braised eggs. Even if the braised eggs on the market are vacuum-packed, I don’t trust them. I have never purchased any, so I can still make them myself and eat them with confidence. When braised eggs, you can put some vegetables that can withstand cooking, or some meat. After stewing, soak it in brine and let it cool down. If you can't finish it, soak it in the brine and put it in the refrigerator overnight to add more flavor.

Put the old marinade into the pot to defrost. If you don’t have old marinade, it doesn’t matter. Just use water instead. It’s just that you need to add more of the various spices in the first step.

Put the eggs in a cooking pot, boil the pot over medium heat for 8-9 minutes, and peel them when cooked.

Start the meat program. After the program ends, the eggs will continue to soak in the brine, which will make them more flavorful. When braised eggs, a piece of pork is added by the way. You can also add other ingredients that are more resistant to cooking, such as dried tofu and lotus root.
