Butter Cookies
Overview
As a high school student studying abroad, I have a lot of free time that ordinary high school students don’t have. This time usually becomes my baking time. After buying Jun Zhida's book, I am full of inspiration, and his formula really has zero failures! This is the first time I made biscuits according to Junzhidada’s recipe, they are so delicious!!!!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients and soften the butter at room temperature in advance. If it is winter, you can put it in the microwave for about 10s-20s.
-
Put the softened butter, caster sugar and icing sugar into a large bowl, mix with a whisk and beat the butter
-
Beat the butter until it becomes thicker and lighter in color. (As shown in the picture)
-
Add the egg liquid in 2-3 times:) Be sure to wait until each time is fully mixed before adding the next time ~
-
The whipped butter should be light and fluffy~
-
Add vanilla extract to the butter and mix well with a whisk
-
Sift the low-gluten flour into the butter batter. If you want to make chocolate cookies, sift the cocoa powder and flour together at this step!
-
Use a rubber spatula to stir evenly. The trick is not to stir in circles, but to constantly stir from bottom to top (I really hope I can upload a video...)
-
What it looks like after mixing! (Butter version) I forgot to take a picture of the cocoa version. . .
-
This time we used a chrysanthemum-shaped decorating tip! Put the batter into a piping bag and don’t forget to cut a slit in the front!
-
Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with tin foil/absorbent paper, and put it in a preheated oven (about 5 minutes) at 190 degrees, and it will be ready in about 10 minutes! ! I watched the last few minutes, especially the chocolate flavored ones, so be careful not to burn them
