Fan bone and watercress porridge
Overview
Watercress has the effect of reducing fire. During the Chinese New Year, the children secretly ate a lot of irritating food when they visited relatives’ houses to pay New Year greetings. I picked a big bag of watercress from my parents and hurriedly used it to make porridge for the children.

Soak all ingredients and scallops about an hour in advance until soft.

Blanch the pork bones, wash them and put them in the pot. Tear the soaked scallops into small strips and add them. Add rice, ginger and an appropriate amount of water and start boiling.

Ten minutes before cooking, add the washed watercress.
