The seaweed tofu soup uses lactone tofu. Because lactone tofu is smooth and tender, it is especially suitable for making soups. First slice the lactone tofu. Then cut into thick strips.

Soak in clean water for 5 minutes.

Boil water in a pot, add seaweed and cook for 1 minute. Add beef powder and season with a little salt.

Pour in water starch to thicken the gravy.

Drain the soaked lactone tofu strips.

Add to pot. Do not stir with a spoon. After the pot is boiled, shake the pot gently and the tofu strips will float.
