【Snow White Strawberry Garden Cake】---Pure appearance, soft heart
Overview
Today is a very happy day. Although there is no big happy event and I didn’t win the sports lottery, the first birthday cake was born in my hands today. Although it's not perfect, I'm very satisfied. The decoration of the cake is relatively simple, but still quite grand. It uses a little trick to cleverly cover up the shortcomings of novice decorators. If you are like me and are not very good at decorating, you might as well give it a try. You will not be disappointed. When I was eating it, I found that adding chopped almonds to the cake layer was really special and delicious.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Separate the egg whites and egg yolks, add a few drops of lemon juice into the egg whites, then add 60 grams of fine sugar in three batches and beat until stiff peaks form.
-
Add 30 grams of fine sugar to the egg yolks and stir evenly, then add corn oil and milk and stir evenly, then sift in the flour and stir evenly using the up and down mixing technique to form a fine egg yolk paste.
-
Take 1/3 of the egg white batter and put it into the egg yolk batter.
-
Use up and down stirring techniques to mix evenly.
-
Pour the mixed egg yolk batter back into the egg white batter, and mix into a fine cake batter.
-
Pour the mixed cake batter into the mold, slightly smooth the surface, then lift it up with both hands and shake it twice to remove any large air bubbles inside. Place in preheated oven, 180 degrees, 45 minutes. (Cover with tin foil after coloring)
-
After the cake is baked, take out the pouring spout and let it cool on the baking rack, then you can make it.
-
Prepare the fruit ingredients: strawberries and bananas.
-
Prepare ingredients: almonds, biscuits, shredded coconut.
-
Put the whipped cream in the refrigerator for 12 hours before taking it out, pour it into a clean container without oil and water, and add 20 grams of sugar. (Put an appropriate amount of ice water in a large basin underneath)
-
Beat until stiff peaks form and set aside.
-
Cut the cake in half.
-
First remove part of the cake, place it on a cake mat, and spread a layer of cream.
-
Spread appropriate amount of chopped strawberries, chopped bananas, chopped almonds and chopped biscuits. (The chopped almonds are particularly delicious in the sandwich)
-
Continue to spread a layer of cream to cover the filling.
-
Cover with the other half of the cake. (I applied some cream here and then I remembered that I hadn’t taken the steps yet)
-
Grease the edges and surface of the cake with butter.
-
Take a portion of the buttercream and put it into a piping bag. First, pipe your favorite flowers on the edge of the cake surface.
-
Then mentally estimate the place where you plan to put the strawberries, decorate the empty space with small flowers, and finally put the strawberries, so that the surface is decorated.
-
Because it was difficult to smooth the edges and I didn’t want to decorate the flowers, in order to make it more beautiful, I left some buttercream, put it into another piping bag, and then cut a few small openings. (A little sip is enough)
-
Use the same technique to pull out the silk randomly on the edge, so it looks beautiful.
-
There was a little extra cream at the end. I didn't want to waste it, so I dotted it on the edge of the strawberry in the middle. Finally, garnish with appropriate amount of sugar beads. A very simple decorated cake is ready. Although it is simple, it is also grand.
