Elephant Cookies
Overview
I saw the shape of this biscuit from Ma Lin. I changed it to a milk biscuit formula, which has relatively low calories and makes it look like a cute elephant. The baby won’t want to eat it even if it’s in his hand!

Cut the butter into small pieces, put it in a bowl, and heat it in the microwave until it becomes liquid

Add beaten eggs and milk to butter

Then add milk powder, cake flour and sugar powder and mix well

Knead it into a smooth dough with your hands

Roll the dough into a thin sheet

Use a round cookie cutter to cut out the shape

Then continue using the round mold to make the elephant ears

Use a round piping tip to press out small circles on the remaining dough to make elephant eyes

Add black dots in the middle of the eyes and draw eyelashes

Knead small red dough to serve as the face of the elephant
