  1. Prepare the flour. The amount depends on your situation. There are only three people in my family, so I prepared the amount for six steamed buns

  2. Warm the milk in the microwave

  3. Add Angel Baking Powder to the milk and mix well

  4. Add the mixed milk into the flour and stir until there is no dry powder

  5. Knead evenly with your hands

  6. Ferment until 2.5 times in size

  7. After fermentation, put it on the board and knead it vigorously. The longer you knead, the more delicious it will be

  8. After kneading, cover with a cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes

  9. Steam in cold water for 18 minutes. Don’t rush to open the lid after turning off the heat. Wait five minutes before opening the lid
