I have always liked eating various kinds of fungi. Eating mushrooms regularly can improve your own immunity and strengthen your body. Mushrooms are highly nutritious, rich in protein, and very low in calories. Today, I used king oyster mushrooms to make a fat-reduced dish. It is low in salt and fat, delicious and does not add meat.

Prepare 3 king oyster mushrooms, purple cabbage, an appropriate amount of head lettuce, and spicy millet.

Cut the king oyster mushroom into thick slices and cut the surface horizontally and vertically a few times, being careful not to cut off.
